HIYA NAN by Markéta Othová

If you have the feeling that this will just go on—this dumbness, exhaustion—then you have that truth that you have sought out for so long. Stop seeking out happiness and use all your money to buy a ticket to the woods. Leave with the woman at the cashier absolutely everything, because more than a few pounds wouldn’t be so much even if you buy first class. On the train or at the station, order the best wine, or something that you like a lot; don’t pay for it, nobody’ll to go after you. Get off where you have to; take the shortest road to a meadow in the forest, lie down in the weeds and die like a dog.
